My foxy fur

Rachel Zoe faux fur vest, Urban Outfitters top, 7 for all mankind wide leg jeans

Rachel Zoe faux fur vest, top made by me :), vintage dress (worn as a skirt)

Rachel Zoe faux fur vest, American Eagle tank, Forever 21 shorts

I feel that every girl should own a fur (preferably not real) vest. It just adds an extra specialness to any outfit and can easily be worn from day to night- from fall to winter. My Rachel Zoe vest is so FABULOUS and the best part is that it was only $79 (because I pre-ordered it)- but still, I feel great whenever I put it on and that's the only thing that matters.

I strongly suggest checking out Rachel Zoe's QVC line that debuts on October 10...which is my birthday!!! Ahhh...what a great day it's going to be.

Check out my Polyvore looks :)

Find me on Polyvore

Ok so I've been a member of Polyvore for a while now...and I cannot get enough!!! If you love designing and styling your own outfits, I suggest going to polyvore.com...it's definitely addicting.

My username: dimples802...check out my looks!!!! Enjoy :)

Runner up: Chloe

Now I know I said Balmain was my favorite designer...but I just can't leave behind miss Chloe!!! (and its not just because my mom WAS going to name me Chloe- even though I wish she did) Chloe comes in a close second (if not ties) to Balmain. I just CANNOT get enough of the flowy frocks that glide across the runway. And of course my fall look will be channeling the oversized coats paired with the high-waisted shorts and jumpers.

I used to incorporate lots of color in my wadrobe but lately its been earthy colors like nudes, creams and greens (i.e. Chloe's color trend) which is why I am so in love with her color story. Hannah MacGibbon perfectly pairs the soft materials and nude colors with the feminine bohemian feel of her clothing. I wish I could be a Chloe girl everyday!!! Don't you?

PS...if I ever have a daughter, you bet your behind her name's going to be Chloe

Balmain...you have my heart

By far my favorite designer is Balmain. It is the epitamy of how I would want to dress anytime, any day, for any (or no) occasion. Their sexy cropped skinny jeans and loosely undone tshirts make me scream with envy. The silouhettes of the sharply pointed shoulders on the leather blazers make my mouth water and the simple black/white/silver chilly color scheme exentuate the perfect shape and flow of the harem pants. And don't get me started on the PERFECT mini dresses that are dripping in just the right amount of sequence. All in all it is the most amazing interpretation of that powerful, independent, "I don't give a crap" kind of woman who knows she looks as sexy and she feels. Ahhhh...I have to stop biting my nails from all the excitement...I just don't have time to re-do my nail polish again!!!

obsessed with...

I just CANNOT get enough of my cateye sunglasses. Why is it that a great pair of sunglasses can make someone feel so good, chic and stylish? I'm thinking about getting a pair of cateye reading glasses instead of contacts...what do we think? chic or geek?

PS...the best part is that no one will even know if I didn't have such a good "winged out" eyeliner day if you know what I mean :)

What are your favorite sunglasses???

"There's no place like home..."

Who says oxford shoes are only for guys??? Not Olivia Palermo. And certainly not me. Now I know we've been seeing women's oxford flats walking around town lately...but I have to say this is my current obsession. I'm definitely getting tired of the oxford ankle boots so this is a great new take on getting that masculine chic look. In my opinion, Olivia paired her silver oxford shoes perfectly with her leather leggings and super chic white vest- very downtown meets uptown work appropriate chic (that is, if my job was at elle magazine of course).

On a budget like me? Try these fabulous vintage inspired silver oxfords from Aldo for only $50.

Or if you want an edgier look, try something like these cut-out oxfords in black (which I LOVEEEE) from Urban Outfitters...only $59.99.

If only I could click my oxford flats 3 times and say "there's no place like home, there's no place like home..."
